Mit diesem Newsletter wird die Leitung des Kunstvereins das weisse haus ausgeschrieben – ein Aufruf an alle, die längerfristig eine künstlerische Institution leiten und eine inhaltliche wie auch strukturelle Vision für den Kunstverein entwickeln können, Erfahrung in der Führung von kleinen Teams, im Umgang mit Budgets und Förderanträgen sowie in der Umsetzung von Projekten haben, sich zu bewerben.

Aufgabenfeld:

  • Inhaltliche wie auch strukturelle Konzeption des Kunstvereins
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung eines Jahresprogramms
  • Konzeption und Verantwortung der internen wie externen Kommunikation und Marketingstrategien
  • Entwicklung und Verantwortung von nationalen und internationalen Kooperationen
  • Repräsentation des Kunstvereins
  • Verantwortung des Budgets und Erstellen von Förderanträgen und -abrechnungen wie auch der Lukrierung von zusätzlichen Finanzierungsmitteln
  • Die Übernahme des Vereinsvorstandes ist mit der Position obligatorisch verbunden.
  • Arbeitsbeginn: Herbst 2023

  • Welche Pläne haben Sie in den kommenden Jahren? Grundkonzept für das weisse haus für das erste Jahr (max. 2 A4 Seiten); bei einer Einladung zu einem Hearing wird die Erweiterung für die nächsten drei Jahre angefragt.

  • Eigene Referenzprojekte (max. 5 MB)

With this newsletter, the leadership of the Kunstverein das weisse haus is announced to people who are eager to lead an art institution and develop a vision for the Kunstverein in terms of its content and structure; who have experience in leading small teams, in dealing with budgets and funding applications, and in realizing projects.
 
Tasks:

  • Developing a concept for the Kunstverein in terms of its content and structure
  • Development and implementation of the annual program
  • Conception and responsibility of internal as well as external communication and marketing strategies
  • Development and responsibility of national and international cooperations
  • Representation of the Kunstverein
  • Responsibility of the budget as well as the preparation of grant applications, accounts and the lucration of additional funding
  • The assumption of the association's board is obligatory with this position.
  • Beginning: Autumn 2023
